Skilessons for Children & Kid's Land

The Vent Ski School is a real paradise for children. At the Kids' Land young guests learn how to ski in a playful way. Two moving carpets (conveyor belts), loads of colorful cones and fun-filled figures await them. Advanced little skiers can take full advantage of different weekly groups according to their ability level. Lunchtime supervision including also a children's lunch menu is available on request.

The children's ski lesson for beginners starts either on Sunday or on Monday in the Kids' Land at the entrance to the village. This is the perfect place to give skiing a try: here the kids learn the basic skiing techniques such as braking and making turns. During the first days we only use the moving carpets and the kids still do not need a ski pass. Only after 2 or 3 days (according to the groups' ability level) we change to the Gampen T-bar lift where a valid ski pass is required. In general, the kids can ski and use the Gampen lift on their own until the weekend. Another highlight: on Friday they take part in our guests' ski race.

All advanced young skiers – who are able to brake and make turns already at the beginning of the ski course – meet at the ski school meeting point and they must have a valid ski pass. After a short skiing unit at the beginners' slope, the kids are arranged in different ability groups ranging from slightly advanced to expert.
